Privacy Policy (SMS)

This notice covers mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for Uptown Swing’s operational text program.

We collect the mobile number you provide, whether you opted in, when you opted in or out, and the source of that choice (for example signup or your profile). We use that information only to send the operational texts you requested and to honor opt-out requests.

We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent. We do not share them with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share them with service providers who send the messages on our behalf (including our texting provider) and only as needed to deliver those messages or comply with the law.

You can opt out by replying STOP to our texts or by turning off operational texts in your Uptown Swing profile. You can email info@uptownswing.net to ask what SMS consent we have on file.

Our general website privacy practices are otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. If those terms conflict with this notice for SMS, this notice controls for mobile numbers and text consent.
