Service Description

Balboa is a swing dance from the 1930’s and ‘40s known for its close-embrace “hug-like” connection and fast shuffling footwork. It’s great for dancing to fast music while using much less energy than its Lindy Hop and collegiate shag cousins. Starting from zero we work on learning the down-hold basic, out-and-ins, and promenade, and basic variations for each. No experience necessary. No partner necessary.
