Alright, so Stacia thinks she is pretty funny, and claims the title for the best shrimp impersonation this side of the Mississippi. She also does lindy hop on occasion, and has been enjoying that for the last ten years of her life. Sometimes she gets to travel around the country to teach, compete and in general just enjoy this dance. When she’s not doing that, you can typically find her teaching at Uptown Swing on Tuesday nights with the rest of the gang (Peter, Jeremy & Naomi). She has claimed Uptown Minneapolis as her home for the last 5 years, but began her dance career back in Tampa, FL. Dancing has flipped her life on its head in the best way possible, so you can see how bringing that joy to Uptown Swing students is something very near and dear to her heart.
